Whilst we have the in-house capability to deliver the employment element, this is not a pre-requisite. The team will assess each opportunity rigorously.
No stone is left unturned and when assessing a site’s credentials and subsequent offers are made. We only bid on sites that we truly believe will realise a planning permission. KSW is not building a landbank to sit on, KSW is formulating a carefully selected portfolio of sites that are being rigorously promoted through the planning system and will achieve the benefit of planning permission.
Once selected as the preferred party, KSW will move swiftly to engage in the legal process of agreeing legal documentation.
